Model YD200 Bench Top Water Hardness Meter

1) We call the total concentration of calcium ion (Ca2+) and magnesium ion (Mg2+) in water sample the hardness of water. It is an important index for water quality. This meter adopts the electrode method to test and it has the same accuracy with EDTA titration method
2) Adopts 601-F water hardness combination electrode which consists of measuring electrode, Ag/AgCl reference electrode and temperature sensor. The PVC sensitive membrane of measuring electrode made of active material comes from new neutral carrier. It has equal selectivity for Ca2+ and Mg2+ ion in water sample. It has features of new structure, stability potential, fast response speed and easy to use
3) The meter adopts intelligent chip design, which has automatic calibration, automatic temperature compensation, data storage, RS-232 output and stored date locked automatically and other intelligent functions
4) Five water hardness units can be chosen freely: mmol/L, mg/L (CaCO3), mg/L (CaO), mmol/L (Boiler), mg/L (Ca) and other three units, fH (France degree), dH (German degree) and eH (British degree), can be optional used in WH-Link communication software
5) Equipped with B1, B2 and B3 three calibration solutions
6) Downloads reading to a computer using the RS-232 output port for later analysis
